<\/p>\nHere we are at the first step of the route that in October will take us to the Winners of URBAN 2019 Photo Awards. We are revealing the list of Selected Photographers<\/strong>.<\/a> Congratulations to all!<\/p>\n By mid-July we will announce Semifinalists<\/strong>, while at the end of July it will be the turn of the Finalists<\/strong>. In mid-September the Winners<\/strong> will be announced. Each ranking will be published in alphabetical order: we will reveal the final podium on Saturday 26 October 2019<\/strong> at Trieste Photo Days<\/strong><\/a>, where the president of the jury, Martin Parr<\/strong>, will personally award the overall winner of the competition.<\/p>\n This amazing URBAN’s tenth edition, which began last March 1st, has seen 6,049 photos and 346 portfolios<\/strong> for 1,257 participants from all over the world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This year as well our main partner Zavi\u010dajni muzej Pore\u0161tine<\/a><\/strong> (Pore\u010d Museum in Istria, Croatia) has confirmed a 1.000 \u20ac value<\/strong> prize<\/strong> for 3 ranked projects<\/strong> from the \u201cProjects & Portfolios\u201d section. The projects will be selected directly by museum director Elena Uljan\u010di\u0107<\/strong> and the curators and displayed from July to September 2019 <\/strong>(tourist peak averaging 120,000 people<\/b> in the summer time). Moreover, the Museum will release an official certificate of exhibition<\/b>.<\/p>\n Thanks to the partnership with the Civic Museums of History and Art of the Municipality of Trieste<\/strong>, two Semifinalists projects will be selected by a special jury and exhibited from October 22nd to November 10th 2019 at the prestigious Civic Museum \u201cSartorio\u201d<\/strong><\/a> of Trieste, during Trieste Photo Days<\/strong><\/a> festival.<\/p>\n
