Frank Thorp V is a Reporter, Coordinating Producer, and Photographer covering the US Congress for NBC News. He is the author of “After the Riot,” a photobook of large format coverage and portraiture of the aftermath of the January 6, 2021 attack on the US Capitol. Thorp’s coverage has earned him a Peabody Award, an Emmy Award, a Murrow Award, and multiple photography awards from NPPA, POY and WHNPA.
