Discover the new “Trieste Photo Days – Best Author” award.
The winner of the prize will be selected among the participants in the photographic projects promoted by the two associations during the year and presented at the Trieste Photo Days international photography festival, which will be held from 27 to 29 October.
The festival represents the culmination of all the projects promoted by the associations, including the prestigious international competition URBAN Photo Awards, and offers participants the opportunity to showcase their talent and compete for the recognition of “best author”.
“Trieste Photo Days – Best Author” represents an important opportunity to reward and enhance photographers by offering them the opportunity to be recognized as “best author” and to have greater visibility at an international level.
The photographers who stand out for their photographic quality and who collect acclaim in multiple projects (most of which are free to participate) will increase their chances of winning the prize.
The prize can be win by the best selected photographers among the participants of URBAN Photo Awards 2023 and among those who took part in the projects 71% – The State of Water, Mythography vol. III, Trieste Audace and Vajont Photo Days on the Exhibit Around website.
The Best Author will be awarded with:

- Photo exhibited at the “Winners Exhibitions” at Trieste Photo Days
- Customized trophy
